Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older and operate an active Shopify store at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees of Upnova and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Entry period
The giveaway runs monthly through the end of the year. Entries close on the last day of each month at 11:59pm ET. One entry per person and per store; entries carry into every remaining monthly draw for the rest of the year.
How to enter
Complete the entry form at /bfcm-giveaway/enter with your name, email, Shopify store URL, and monthly marketing spend. Limit one entry per person and per store.
Prize
One winner per month receives a done-for-you upsell system for their Shopify store: full store audit and implementation, one year of unlimited Upnova access, and monthly consultant calls for a year. Approximate retail value: $19,000. The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
Winner selection and notification
One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries on or within 7 days after the last day of each month. The winner is notified by the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Publicity
As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner agrees that Upnova may publish a case study of the implemented upsell system. Winner participation in reasonable publicity requests (a short interview, screenshots of the live store) is expected but will be coordinated respectfully.
Privacy
Information collected is used to run the giveaway, contact entrants about the giveaway and Upnova, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Entries are not sold to third parties.
General conditions
Upnova reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
