Doodlebugs Boutique was facing a decline in average order value. Previous attempts with basic upsell apps failed to align with their brand and product mix. The team wanted to raise AOV by encouraging customers to purchase more items per order, moving from 2–3 items to 3–5, and Upnova proposed solutions such as a free gift offer, a bundle builder, and smart product recommendations to achieve this goal.
