Problems
To drive multi-product purchases and increase AOV, Zipster introduced strategic offers designed to reward exploration and bundling. After building the bundling discount rule, Zipster didn’t have an efficient way to promote it. This resulted in a situation where the bundling discount rule only ran as an automatic discount. Customers weren’t aware of it and received discounts without actually when they weren’t even pursuing them.
